Legal:EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance Information

This page includes required and additional information regarding the compliance by Alibaba Cloud with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act, “DSA”).

With regard to Article 11 of the DSA, the designated point of contact of Alibaba Cloud for Member States’ authorities, the Commission and the Board referred to in Article 61, and other parties for the application of the DSA can be reached through email at the following email address:

Reports of Infringements and other Unlawful Content or Activities

With regard to Article 16 of the DSA, Alibaba Cloud provides dedicated entrance for reporting intellectual property infringements and unlawful content and other abusive activities:
